After suffering from two motor vehicle accidents and experiencing work-related tension headaches, I felt a strong desire to help others find relief from pain caused by physical trauma.
My recovery required many months of chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture to help my body get to a place where I could manage my ongoing symptoms. This process, in addition to receiving massage for other conditions, is what sparked my desire to go to massage school so I could help others live more pain-free. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2015 and am the owner of Medical Massage Pensacola, LLC. I am certified as a Medical Massage Practitioner and in Myofascial Cupping.
Andi offers medical massage, medical cupping for sports/deep tissue, and prenatal massage.

I have been in the medical field for 27 years. I decided to become a massage therapist after an auto accident left me with neck and lower back injuries. After receiving chiropractic care that included massage therapy, I had better mobility, strength, and no pain. I decided I wanted to become a massage therapist to help people feel better and give them a better quality of life.
I went to Pensacola School of Massage Therapy, and I am certified in cervical (neck), shoulder, and lumbar (low back) connective tissue. I have been a massage therapist for 16 years and I love what I do. My goal is to provide a session that is conducive to everyone’s individual needs. I want my clients to leave the session feeling better than when they walked in. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

Since I can remember I have been fascinated with muscles and movement. I danced ballet for 13 years, had a very active childhood, and always knew of the healing benefits massage can bring to a person. As I learned more, I realized how multifaceted massage can be and developed such a passion for healing myself and others. I loved the community, therapists, and stories of pain relief and awareness of self. I was absolutely fascinated and knew this was the field I wanted to be a part of.
I’m trained in Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Pranic Healing, and Kundalini Reiki. Throughout the years of working with unique individuals, ranging from relaxation to structural work, I bring a lot of intuitive touch and medical massage knowledge to each session. I'm so honored to hold a safe space for the mind, body, and spirit to rest and I’m so thankful to serve my community.

Massage therapy has always been a passion of mine. When I was a little girl growing up in a large family, I was often asked to massage my relatives’ neck, shoulder, hands and feet. I knew when I grew up, I wanted to be a massage therapist. I felt such happiness when helping to ease someone’s pain through touch. I married at a fairly young age and raised 3 wonderful children before I started my career. I got my license at the age of 38, graduated as Magna Cum Laude at Pensacola junior college. Over the years I have continued my education with classes covering several techniques including: Neuromuscular therapy for hip, back, cervical, and head pain; Soft tissue Melting-deep tissue through light touch; Advanced Swedish Massage techniques; Orthopedic massage for cervical pain and TMJ syndrome; Effective treatments for sciatica. One of my favorite classes was on Ayurvedic Medicine and Thai massage techniques. Throughout my career I have worked closely with chiropractors and I am very familiar with the Graston technique for scar tissue as well as taping techniques. I have also worked with cupping and hot stones. One of my favorite “tools” I learned is passive stretching along with my massage
sessions.
As a licensed massage therapist, I want my clients to know and feel they are in “good hands” when in my care.
